Natural Wine Selection
Natural wines are made by growers who work in an artisan and sustainable manner in their vineyards.  They guide the grapes to the bottle with the minimal intervention, using wild yeasts for the fermentation and no chemical additions.  The wine is bottled without filtration and the minimum added sulphur or even none at all.  The wines may be cloudy and unusual, but are usually fresh, sapid and very tasty, highly original and expressive of the grape, the terroir and the vintage.

Natural Wine Selection
The winding Loire, starting in the mountains of the Auvergne and ending in the Atlantic Ocean, is said to be the spiritual home and the origin of the natural wine movement.  We recommend the following Natural Wines from the Loire Valley, and believe that their purity of flavour makes them ideal partners with certain dishes on our menu.
